- Candidate with min 5 - 10 years’ Experience in similar role.

KITCHEN OPERATIONS HEAD
- Degree/Diploma (Culinary Arts degree or equivalent international certification).
- Valid food safety credentials (such as ServSafe or HACCP manager training).
- Strong Food Handling practice/ employee work schedule preparation/
establishing SOP/ Scheduling Kitchen Equipment Maintenance.
