The Executive Director, EVP IT Integrated Services, is a new senior leadership role within Information Systems & Computing (ISC), reporting to Penn’s Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) and working closely with the Office of the Executive Vice President (EVP). The inaugural Executive Director will integrate and lead an IT organization that brings together an estimated 40 technology professionals across five EVP divisions (Business Services, Public Safety, Facilities and Real Estate Services, Finance, and Human Resources), finding efficiencies in what can be shared while protecting the specialized capabilities and reliable service each division depends on. The Executive Director also serves as the primary technology partner to the vice presidents of those divisions, as both a strategic advisor and the senior point of accountability for service, including ownership of escalated issues.
