As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a wide range of impactful infrastructure projects. You take the lead in shaping solid project plans, managing timelines, and tracking budgets while keeping a sharp eye on risks, issues, and scope.

You’ll guide and motivate your team, ensure quality at every step, and keep all stakeholders — internal, external, and third parties — well aligned through clear communication and reporting.

You also play a key role in preparing and facilitating working groups and steering committees, ensuring decisions are well supported and documented.

In addition, you support our presales activities: coordinating complex tender responses, contributing to estimates, evaluating project‑related components, and identifying risks early on.

If you enjoy combining structure with collaboration and love seeing a project through from idea to execution, this role is for you.

• A solid understanding of ICT, both functionally and technically
• Familiarity with key technical concepts such as:

• Experience in coaching and leading people, helping them grow and perform at their best
• Knowledge of project methodologies (an advantage!)

• Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
• A driven, passionate mindset with a strong focus on successful project delivery
• Great organizational skills, creativity, and a structured way of working
• A customer‑focused attitude and a commitment to quality

• A high-impact role where you take ownership of complex infrastructure projects that shape customer success and business outcomes.
• A workplace that invests in you, offering training opportunities, certifications, and support to further develop your project management and technical skills.
• The chance to coach and mentor junior project managers, helping them grow while strengthening your own leadership capabilities.
• Variety in your work: you’ll collaborate with different customers across diverse industries and environments, giving you broad exposure and constant learning opportunities.
• Autonomy and trust to drive decisions, manage your team, and shape project execution in a way that aligns with your expertise.
• Collaboration with strong technical teams — engineers, analysts, architects — giving you a chance to deepen your understanding of ICT infrastructure and operational practices.
• Career growth paths, whether toward senior project leadership, program management, or specialized technology domains.
• A supportive PM community, encouraging knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• A culture that values initiative and ownership, where your ideas to improve processes or customer experience are truly heard.
