• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, IT teams, and system providers to gather information and agree on appropriate actions.
• Work with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to identify risks and propose suitable mitigations.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Support project planning, effort prioritization, and scope management.
• Identify project risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support change management activities.
• Ensure IAM activities align with business needs, security requirements, and project deliverables.

• Experience analyzing access rights and supporting access reviews or access clean-up activities.
• Understanding of business applications and IT processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a project environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
