Full description
This could be your last job before you retire! Are you a master at fixing things efficiently and managing plumbers, HVAC, electricians and outside vendors as needed? If you have seasoned experience at doing and managing, we’d like to talk with you. We’re looking for our next Facilities Maintenance Manager (FMM). This is a full time, salaried position with health/dental/vision insurance, 401k and paid time off. In addition, you’ll have 24/7 use of our company truck, a gas card and cell phone.
We do not age discriminate. If you're 21-50+ years of age and qualified to do the job, you're strongly urged to apply!
Fortney Companies is a family owned, La Crosse, WI based company in the hospitality and multi-unit commercial/residential property space. Our FMM executes or manages maintenance needs for all our properties around La Crosse. Short-term travel out of the area supporting our properties outside La Crosse is infrequent but required for this position.
