Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the administration and management of our facilities in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to a productive work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, including vendor management and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Monitor facility budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
