Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, with a focus on optimizing the use of space and resources while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
• Oversee space planning and utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
