As a Feed Delivery Driver at Central Valley Ag, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service by the delivery of feed products to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for prompt feed delivery in bulk, bag or liquid.
- Performs daily truck inspections with documentation.
- Filling out DOT and maintenance logs.
- Maintains and services feed truck to make sure it is in proper working order.
- Assists in monitoring inventories of bulk, liquid, and bagged feed.
- Follows policies and procedures of HACCP program.
- Helps with the loading of feed products for customers.
- Assists with scale and counter operations.
- Supports feed sales and marketing efforts.
- Helps manage and conduct inventory.
- Communicates customer complaints to supervisor.
- Provides excellent customer service and customer relations.
- Performs general maintenance of buildings, equipment and vehicles, including necessary documentation.
- Maintains professional appearance and cleanliness of trucks.
- Assists in ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Comply with current Central Valley Ag credit policies.
- Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
- Assists other divisions and locations as needed.
