Cleaning and preparing departure rooms
Cleaning and refreshing stayover rooms
Managing guest amenities for the rooms assigned to her
Maintaining and replenishing housekeeping pantries
Working closely and communicating effectively with the various hotel departments, including Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist
Working closely and communicating effectively with the Floor Supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper
Welcoming and interacting with guests in accordance with the hospitality standards of a five-star hotel and the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group
