Must have
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes (deliveries, shipping, pick/pack/palletize)
- Knowledge of material master, order types, STO
- Experience managing SAP configuration tables
- Ability to read ABAP code
- Experience debugging and understanding SAP database tables
- Experience ingesting and managing HANA and Snowflake databases

Key Responsibilities
- Production Support & Issue Resolution
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP issues reported by global FG/WH users within agreed response timelines
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with IT for resolution of complex issues
- Provide on-call support, including occasional weekend standby for critical operations
- SAP Enhancements & Process Improvement
- Act as liaison between FG business teams and IT for system enhancements
- Gather user requirements, support feasibility studies, and recommend optimal solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FG logistics operations
- Project Execution
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., S/4HANA, warehouse, logistics initiatives)
- Support requirements gathering, design validation, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment with global process standards
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform system integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of test results
- Support defect resolution and validation

- Own and maintain SAP configuration and related to FG and WH operations
- Provide governance for SAP tables supporting FG distribution processes
