Field Marketing Manager

At Communardo, we believe great consulting is about more than technology. It’s about understanding people, business needs and the challenges behind the request — and finding the right solutions.

We combine deep Atlassian expertise with a consultative mindset, helping customers connect people, processes and technology to create real business value. And as AI reshapes the way teams work, we’re passionate about exploring how humans and technology can work better together.

As part of an international team, we work across borders, share knowledge, and collaborate closely to create meaningful value for our customers. Marketing plays an important role in bringing our expertise to life, communicating what we do, and connecting our solutions with the people and organizations that need them.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Team and our Business Lines to develop effective, tailored marketing concepts and solutions for our professional services.

This role can be based at any of our locations in Sweden. This is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely, but it is not fully remote. You must be based within commuting distance of one of our Swedish offices.

• You will be responsible for developing and coordinating marketing campaigns and activities across online marketing, PR, and events.
• You will manage and coordinate our online communication channels (website, blogs, social media, newsletters), both internally and in collaboration with external service providers.
• You will create and adapt branded materials to promote our product portfolio, such as brochures, blog posts, educational videos.
• You know how to turn our topics and services into engaging success stories, professional video content, and memorable visual concepts.
• You will regularly measure and report on the performance of marketing activities and derive actionable recommendations from the results.
• You will be the key point of contact for the ongoing development and content management of our digital media channels.
• Acting as an interface between Sales and the relevant business departments, you will also support the generation and qualification of customer and prospect inquiries.
• You will help plan, coordinate, and prepare local marketing and customer events, ensuring they are well-organized and aligned with our marketing objectives.
• You will support marketing activities across all four Nordic countries, collaborating with local teams to ensure consistent communication while adapting initiatives to local markets and needs.

• You have a university degree in marketing, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You also bring at least two years of professional experience in a marketing environment.
• During this time, you have significantly expanded your expertise in event organization, online marketing, and lead generation.
• Marketing is all about communication, and you understand the importance of your role as a key interface between colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Content creation comes naturally to you: you know how to turn information into compelling copy that sparks interest and curiosity.
• You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Flexibility that fits your life – High flexibility in managing your working hours and work location, including hybrid and remote options.
• Growth that moves you forward – Practical opportunities for continuous professional growth, training, and certifications.
• Fair, performance-based pay – An attractive and fair compensation package that recognizes your contribution and performance.
• Modern hardware & software – Up-to-date IT equipment and modern software tools to support your daily work.
• Engaging client projects – Opportunities to collaborate with well-known clients on meaningful, challenging projects.
• Values you can feel, not just read about – Our Communardo Values shape daily work, not just the wall art.
• A growing, international group – 500+ colleagues across 12 countries, with real room to shape things instead of corporate bureaucracy.
• #smartertogether – lived, not just claimed – close collaboration and real mutual support across brands and countries. For us, #smartertogether also means AI + human: we combine human judgment, creativity and responsibility with AI capabilities to achieve better outcomes together.
