Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing 7 to 9 crews in the field. This includes scheduling & production of jobs by your assigned painter crews. The staffing, needed training, and hourly production of your assigned painter crews. Achievement of your team KPI’s include averaging 40 hours + weekly production per painter, Satisfied customer average review ratings of 98%, and maintaining a gross profit that matches past years numbers.
- Flex Hours that can begin as early as 730am and go as late as 5/6pm with some weekend working hours during the busy season. This is NOT a typical 9am to 5pm job. We work until the job is done. So if you are looking for guaranteed set predictable hours every day then sorry this job isn't for you.
- Continuing education & training is part of the job.
Job Experience Required:
- 5+ years of successfully managing multiple onsite crews who work in the home building or home improvement business.
- 2+ years of painter experience either residential or commercial.
- Experience using online scheduling systems for job assignments.
- Working in a demanding multi task environment.
