At Coastal Waste & Recycling, we're building more than a company, we're building a team. As one of the fastest-growing privately held waste and recycling companies in the Southeast, we're looking for people who take pride in their work, put safety first, and are ready to grow with us.

Support the Team. Keep Operations Moving. Build Your Career.

Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that gets the job done? As a Field Support Specialist at Coastal Waste & Recycling, you'll play a key role in supporting our collection and post-collection operations by helping maintain safe, clean, organized, and productive work environments.

At Coastal, our Field Support Specialists do more than perform manual labor—they support multiple departments, solve problems, assist their teammates, and help keep our operations running safely and efficiently every day.
