Key Responsibilities

Manage overall accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, budgets, costs, and financial variances for management.

Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Coordinate with Head Office and external auditors for quarterly and annual audits.

Monitor inventory, expenses, overheads, and investment/internal orders to support cost control.

Manage SAP-related accounting processes and coordinate with SAP consultants when required.

Lead, develop, and provide training to the Accounting & Finance team.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
