Finance Operations Executive (Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Public Healthcare) #HDC1

A public healthcare organisation is looking for Finance Operations Executives to support its finance team. You will assist with accounting, billing and reporting while gaining exposure to costing and governance matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with financial accounting, costing and management accounting functions
• Support corporate governance matters related to finance
• Perform accounts receivable duties including billing, collections and preparing schedules
• Handle general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with other teams on finance-related matters
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and review
• Support month-end closing and ad-hoc finance tasks

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and above
• Relevant accounting or finance exposure through work or project experience
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and team-player attitude
