Financial Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Maharashtra. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing the month-end closing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of financial control and reporting, as well as experience in record to report (R2R) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including tax and audit requirements.
