Forward Deployed Engineer

🚀 We’re hiring at Supersonik!

The way software is sold is changing radically. We’re entering the agentic era: AI agents that don’t just assist, but actively run core go-to-market workflows like demos, onboarding, enablement and sales training.

At Supersonik, we’re building the infrastructure that makes this possible.

We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), supported by angels from Google, DeepMind, and leading SaaS companies, and already working with some of the most ambitious software teams in the world. A new category is emerging, and Supersonik is going to be part of the GTM stack of the future.

🎯 The role: Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Deployed Associate, you'll work at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market, helping software companies redesign how they sell using autonomous agents.

In practice, that means:

• Build and shape AI agents that automate real sales processes
• Own client deployments end-to-end and grow into bigger engagements
• Partner with product and engineering to evolve the platform
• Grow on a clear career path within the Deployment team

👀 Who we're looking for

High-potential profiles with 1–3 years of experience who want to build, not just analyse.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be tech savvy with a technical or analytical background, and excited to learn how to build AI agents.

Fluency in English required (Spanish is not). Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

You might come from:

• Forward Deployed, Solutions, or Sales Engineering at a SaaS company
• Implementation Consulting or Onboarding Engineering
• Technical Account Management, Technical CSM, or CS Engineering
• Technical Product or Project Management
• IT or Tech Consulting (Big 4)

We value potential over pedigree, and diverse backgrounds are welcome.

What matters most is that you are:

• An adaptable team player
• Structured, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity
• Tech savvy and comfortable around code, APIs, and data
• Curious about AI, excited by fast iteration and ownership
• Motivated by steep learning curves

🌞 Benefits💵 Salary: Competitive, according to seniority

🧩 Impact: Be part of our startup journey from day one, playing a key role in our growth and building something meaningful from the ground up

💳 Factorial card: Flexible compensation for transport and restaurants!

🏢 Great office in Barcelona: work positioned in one of the best neighbourhoods, with a great view of the city!

🌱 Why Supersonik

• Small, elite team with deep startup, top tier consulting and tech experience.
• Early exposure to C-levels, top tier AI and strategy decisions.
• Real ownership in defining how agentic systems are used in the real world.

🏠 We are based in Barcelona and work in-person — Not as a constraint, but by design: tight collaboration and fast learning from one of Europe’s most exciting tech hubs.

If you want to be at the center of the agentic future of software, this is a unique opportunity.
