About Userlink

Userlink runs AI agents in production at several hundred Nordic webshops, including Bahne, XL-BYG, Coolshop and Bygma. The agents handle the customer dialogue before and after the purchase, and every conversation ends up as structured data on demand and purchase barriers. The team is based in Odense.

The product and the direction

Today we sell chat. Email is rolling out now, and phone and social follow. On top of that we are building the brain: a system that brings together every signal about a webshop and its customers, understands why people buy, and why they do not, and acts on it while the buyer is still on the page. The effect is measured against a control group, so the shop can see what it means for revenue.

That moves the sale from a customer service tool to a conversation about growth, and revenue per customer can become several times what it is today.

The role

You are one of the first salespeople at Userlink and work close to the founder. You run your own deals from first contact to signature, with webshops in Denmark and over time in DACH and the Netherlands, where we already have customers and partners.

There is no finished playbook. Pitch, customer profile and process take shape while you sell, and what works you write down, so the next salespeople can build on it.

As email, phone and the brain roll out, you sell them to existing customers too. You are measured on closed deals and revenue against clear monthly and quarterly targets, and the role grows as the sales do.

Decisions are made on arguments, not titles. Ideas get challenged regardless of where they come from, and the best one wins.

Why founding

You come in before the sales machine is built. There is no playbook and no finished lead lists to work through, and what you learn in the first months becomes the way Userlink sells.

That is why the role comes with equity. You help build the company, and you own part of what you build. In return we expect you to take responsibility like a co-owner, also when things are unclear or go wrong.
