- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and applied AI

We are looking for a Founding AI/ML Engineer to help make that vision real.
This is a founder-stage opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership, technical influence, and the chance to build a company from the ground up—not simply implement features on someone else’s roadmap.
The Founder Offer
Current Compensation: 10% Founder Equity
This role begins as an equity-only founding role. The selected Founding AI/ML Engineer will receive 10% equity ownership in AI Broker, subject to a formal written founder agreement, company formation documents, customary vesting terms, and intellectual-property assignment.
The equity grant is intended to reflect that this is not a conventional early employee position. You would be joining at a stage where your technical work, product judgment, execution speed, and ownership can materially shape the company’s future.
The founder agreement will clearly document:
- Equity ownership and capitalization treatment
- Vesting schedule and any applicable cliff
- Founder responsibilities and expected commitment
- Intellectual-property assignment and confidentiality
- Decision-making rights and governance expectations
- What happens if a founder leaves or materially changes involvement
- The process for future compensation, fundraising, and dilution
This is a calculated, high-upside opportunity to build something valuable together—not a traditional salaried role with equity attached.
Target Post-Funding Compensation: Approximately $150,000 Annually
AI Broker’s intention is to transition this role to paid founder compensation once the company has secured sufficient financing and operating runway.
If AI Broker is accepted into an accelerator and/or raises capital sufficient to support founder salaries, the company’s target is to provide this Founding AI/ML Engineer with compensation of , subject to:
