Founding Fullstack Engineer

Compensation: 20.0% – 30.0%

I lost a $400K enterprise deal because my AI tooling was scattered across six tabs and I couldn't pull a clean answer fast enough. NoPlug is the fix: every AI tool, one browser tab, one subscription, routed through a shared engine called the Conductor. We're live at noplug.io with four products built on the same engine — SalesPlug (account plans for AEs), DevPlug (engineering research), ResearchPlug (long-form analysis), and PlugPick (investment memos). Founding member offer is in market.

The role
You'd be the first engineering hire, working directly with me and my co-founder John. You'll own real surface area from week one — not tickets, products.
What you'll work on

Building out the Conductor orchestration pipeline (Anthropic + Perplexity APIs, more to come)
Shipping new Plug products on the shared engine
Supabase backend: schema, RLS, edge functions, Realtime
Frontend in React/Vite/TypeScript/Tailwind
Stripe billing flows and usage caps

Stack
React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase (Postgres, auth, edge functions, Realtime), Anthropic API, Perplexity API, Stripe.
Who you are

Shipped real fullstack products, not just side projects
Comfortable owning a feature end to end — schema to UI
Opinions on AI tooling and where it's actually useful vs. hype
Want to be early at something, not employee #50

Comp
Meaningful equity, cash to be discussed based on stage and your situation. Happy to talk through what works.
