Founding Recruiter [Onsite, SF] AI x Martech

A modern marketing automation platform is replacing legacy tools like Marketo and HubSpot with an AI-native rebuild of how B2B marketing runs. Trusted by 5,000+ businesses.

They've raised a $28M Series A from top-tier VCs, and the team includes folks from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, Shopify, and LinkedIn.

This is a founding hire: they need their first dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across engineering and GTM, working directly with the founders on every hire — they've made 5 in the last 6 weeks and want to move faster.

Why Join Them?Real momentum: Fresh Series A, 5,000+ businesses on the platform, and hiring velocity that needs a dedicated owner today.

Founding Ownership: First recruiter in the door. You build the sourcing playbooks, interview processes, and recruiting infrastructure (Ashby, Calendly, agency management) from scratch — and they become the company standard.

Clear Growth Path: This seat grows into Head of Talent as the team scales.

The Ideal CandidateExperience: 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles at startups — high-growth (seed to Series B) strongly preferred. You've built or owned recruiting somewhere, not just plugged into an established machine.

Range: Comfortable recruiting engineers and GTM hires, and managing external agencies on top.

Skills: Proactive outbound sourcer — Ashby or similar, LinkedIn Recruiter, plus AI/enrichment tools like Clay, Juicebox, and Harmonic. AI-forward in how you work.

Mindset: Conviction — you push back on hiring managers with data-driven opinions. Grit for the sourcing grind. Polished, professional LinkedIn presence (founding, outward-facing role — they will check).

Not a Fit: Large-company-only backgrounds with established teams and processes, or recruiters who rely on inbound pipelines rather than proactive outbound.
