The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between development and HVM, ensuring technologies, platforms, and products achieve certification readiness and operational excellence prior to production ramp in ATM.
This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on manufacturing integration expertise, enabling successful execution of Foundry business models and operational transformation initiatives defined by the ATM Foundry Program Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Foundry Program Focus
•Lead day-to-day execution of Foundry service programs, ensuring effective governance, operational discipline, and performance management.
•Own service metrics, data quality, dashboards, and business-value reporting for operational and executive reviews.
•Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Automation, and Business Operations teams to ensure accurate service tracking, value realization, and business alignment.
•Support service monetization, cost modeling, and business process governance to enable scalable Foundry operations.
•Drive continuous improvements that enhance service visibility, customer responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
•Develop executive updates, scorecards, benchmarking analyses, and program reviews to support strategic decision-making.
•Maintain service playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent execution and long-term program sustainability.
ATM Integration Focus:
•Lead New Product Introduction/Integration, factory startup, and process transfer activities across development and manufacturing organizations.
•Own NPI execution, roadmap, milestones, and readiness reviews from initial launch through HVM.
