What You'll Do

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will:

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

• Submit qualified candidates through our Recruitment Portal.

• Coordinate interview scheduling.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Build and manage your own talent pipeline.

• Follow hiring guidelines and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Recruitment Experience

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following:

• Information Technology (IT)

• Healthcare

• Engineering

• Manufacturing

• Construction

• Logistics

• Warehouse

• Sales & Marketing

• Accounting & Finance

• Administrative

• Skilled Trades

• Executive Search

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Organized and self-motivated.

• Able to work independently.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• English communication preferred.
