About ArcQubit
ArcQubit is a software company making quantum readiness accessible. Our AI-native platform, QuantumDrift, helps teams of any skill level assess cryptographic risk, plan PQC migration, and scale toward quantum adoption. We're removing the barriers of cost and complexity so every organization can understand their quantum exposure and build a path forward. Visit arcqubit.io/careers to learn more.
Role Summary
You are the architect of the user experience layer of QuantumDrift. While our backend does the heavy lifting, your job is to make the next steps intuitive, actionable, and visual for decision-makers.
This is not a traditional pixel-pushing role. It is a technical product role where you bridge complex security data and human decision-making. You will own the design and implementation of the QuantumDrift dashboard, transforming readiness metrics into operational insights that executives and security engineers can understand quickly.
You will partner closely with ArcQubit Engineering to prototype, build, and ship interfaces that define how teams interact with governance, risk, compliance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
UI Engineering and Data Visualization
- Build operational dashboards. Design and develop the core QuantumDrift interface with high-density visualizations for tracking cryptographic assets and migration status.
- Translate risk into visuals. Turn cryptographic inventory and risk scoring into intuitive UI components such as heatmaps, migration timelines, and threat impact graphs.
- Rapid prototyping. Move from abstract requirements to working prototypes using modern frameworks (React, Next.js) and rapid tools when helpful. Live demonstrations are a plus, not screenshot PowerPoints.
UX and Workflow Optimization
- Minimize cognitive load. Design workflows that simplify the quantum readiness journey and reduce manual effort for users.
- Internal tooling strategy. Build and maintain internal command centers used by engagement teams to manage client assessments.
- Feedback loops. Digest customer feedback with the Quantum Readiness team and iterate toward real operational outcomes.
Product and Technical Collaboration
- Bridge design and engineering. From wire diagrams to production-ready frontend code that integrates with our backend APIs.
- Influence the stack. Help choose tools and architecture for speed, scalability, and security.
- Raise the bar on quality. Champion accessibility, performance, and usability in data-heavy interfaces through keyboard navigation, clear states, resilient loading patterns, and meaningful error handling.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, frontend development, or technical product design
- Proven track record building data-rich dashboards or operational tools such as threat intel portals, risk monitoring platforms, or financial data UIs
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, or Vue)
- Comfortable integrating data sources and building end-to-end UI flows (Python familiarity is a plus)
- Ability to understand security concepts (cryptography, vulnerability management, OSINT) and translate them into UI requirements
- Rapid prototyping builder mindset with the ability to scope, design, and ship features from problem statement to production
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Plotly)
- Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or risk management
- Experience building internal tools that improve operational efficiency
- Familiarity with AI and LLM UX patterns such as chat interfaces, RAG-driven tooltips, and explainability UI
What Success Looks Like
- Complex cryptographic risk data is presented simply, so users understand it without needing deep domain expertise
- The QuantumDrift dashboard becomes the daily "single pane of glass" for customer security teams
- Features move from idea to prototype in days or weeks, not months
- You consistently translate quantum strategy into clickable reality

Culture at ArcQubit
We're building technology that makes AI and quantum computing accessible to organizations traditionally locked out of this space. That mission shapes how we work together.
Contributions over hours. We measure impact by what you deliver, not how long you sit at a desk. We trust you to manage your time and energy in ways that let you do your best work.
People come first. Great technology comes from people who feel valued, supported, and trusted. We're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.
We're defining who we are together. As an early-stage company preparing to exit stealth, we're actively shaping our core values and principles. The team members who join now will help establish the culture we carry forward. What guides us today: showing up authentically, acting with integrity, treating each other with respect, taking ownership of our responsibilities, and staying inspired by the problems we're solving.
Mission-driven work. We believe AI and quantum computing shouldn't be reserved for organizations with massive budgets and specialized teams. If you're motivated by expanding access to transformative technology, you'll find purpose here.
Why ArcQubit
We're at the front edge of a generational technology shift. Quantum computing will reshape security, optimization, and AI. Most organizations aren't ready, and the tools to get them there don't exist yet.
We're building those tools.
At ArcQubit, you'll work with a team that values clarity over hype, outcomes over buzzwords, and access over gatekeeping. If you want to help organizations navigate one of the most significant technology transitions of the next decade, we'd like to meet you.
