Whale Cloud in the Philippines is seeking a capable operations specialist to monitor and support the big data platform. You will review alerts in real time, perform initial checks on abnormal tasks, and maintain detailed incident logs.
You will handle routine operations and maintenance tasks, ensure smooth shift handovers, and escalate complex incidents to our China-based L2/L3 teams when needed. After gaining proficiency, there may be opportunities to move into development or SC roles.
