Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Full stack Developer who is passionate about building modern web applications and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend engineering expertise along with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Anthropic Claude and GitHub Copilot in day-to-day development workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications while utilizing AI-assisted coding, debugging, documentation, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using .net core & React.js

• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services

• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar tools

• Use AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot for :

• Code generation and refactoring

• Debugging and troubleshooting

• Unit test creation

• Documentation assistance

• Productivity enhancement

• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices

• Stay updated with emerging AI-assisted development trends and tools

Required Skills : 1. Frontend Technologies :

• Strong experience with : React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3, Redux / Context API, REST APIs, and Responsive Design.

2. AI & Developer Productivity Tools :

• Hands-on experience with : Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants.

• Understanding of prompt engineering for development workflows.

• Ability to leverage AI tools for faster and better software delivery.

3. Tools & Platforms :

• Git / GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Next.js

• Familiarity with Node.js

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Knowledge of AI APIs and integrations

• Understanding of secure coding practices
