Full description
Design, develop, and scale a sophisticated healthcare application using the latest technologies. This is a unique opportunity to build systems that combine real-time transcription, multilingual processing, AI, and healthcare compliance into an intuitive solution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to architect, develop, and deploy scalable and secure full-stack applications
- Implement front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, Typescript, ShadCN and TailwindCSS for a seamless user experience
- Develop robust back-end services with NestJS, integrating AI and NLP models
- Work on database architecture with Postgres and potentially SurrealDB
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
- Develop and maintain mono-repo setups using TurboRepo or NX
- Collaborate on model fine-tuning pipelines with Python, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and related tools
- Work on backend infrastructure for AI models using Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards
- Optimize for performance across platforms, including preparing for mobile development with React Native and C++
- Assist in developing innovative NLP solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of our AI systems
