As a Full Stack Developer at Scylla, you will be at the heart of building our completely renewed IT landscape. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern applications that will support critical business operations across our offices and ships.
You will work on new architectures, develop integrations, and co‑create digital solutions that power Scylla’s overall efficiency, quality, and automation efforts. You will have the opportunity to explore how AI can enhance our applications, help shape early AI initiatives, and support Scylla’s ambition to further expand its use of intelligent technologies. As part of a brand-new IT team, you will have the opportunity to shape not only the systems we build, but also the way we work.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using both frontend and backend technologies.
- Work with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, or PHP.
- Build secure and scalable APIs, data layers, and integration logic.
- Contribute to the design of new application architectures as part of Scylla’s IT transformation.
- Implement reliable integrations between internal and external systems.
- Design solutions that are performant, secure, and future‑proof.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in special IT‑related projects linked to new ships or operational initiatives.
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI into applications and workflows.
- Break down complex problems into actionable development tasks.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and deliver work in iterative, incremental phases.

What You Bring Onboard
