Senior Full Stack Engineer | Insurance Transformation
Hybrid Role | Dublin
Lead the Engineering Standards Behind a Global Insurer’s AI-Driven Transformation.
Shape how enterprise software gets built in the age of AI. A global insurance leader is replacing a legacy platform with a modern, cloud-native AWS solution, and AI coding agents now generate the majority of feature code. Experienced engineers decide what is good enough to ship.
This is a multi-year transformation program where your judgement carries real weight. You will own the quality of what reaches production across Angular, Node.js Lambda APIs, databases and AWS infrastructure, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code, resolving performance and security issues and validating every test and specification before merge.
Why You’ll Love It
- Your judgement is the final gate: Own the decision on what reaches production, and know that the quality of a mission-critical insurance platform rests on your expertise.
- A transformation that matters: Replace decades-old technology with a modern, cloud-native platform that supports critical insurance operations, and put your name on the result.
- Standards you set, not follow: Identify recurring issues, improve AI-generated output and define the engineering practices the whole program will adopt.
- Engineering at the forefront: Be among the first to guide AI‑generated software from first draft to production, and build experience that few engineers can claim.
- A full-stack challenge: Work across Angular, Node.js, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL within a modern cloud architecture, with the depth to solve problems at every layer.
- Flexibility that works: Balance on‑site collaboration in Dublin with remote working.
