• Proven ability to manage relational and non-relational databases, including complex query optimization and data modeling in environments like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Strong proficiency in cloud-native development, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 8 to 10 years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade software.

• High degree of adaptability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment, maintaining productivity and quality standards in both remote and hybrid settings.
