Techso is looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to help design and develop digital solutions used by leading clients in Montreal and internationally.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor less experienced developers, and help improve our development practices.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop new applications;
- Enhance existing solutions by adding new features and resolving issues;
- Analyze client requirements and contribute to solution architecture;
- Prepare technical and functional specifications;
- Estimate the effort required to deliver projects;
- Participate in production deployments and support change management activities;
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and development best practices;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Agile practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment processes;
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and the evaluation of new technologies;
- Share your expertise and mentor junior team members;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile Scrum teams.
The Profile We're Looking For
You Have
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- At least six years of experience in Java development;
- Strong expertise in object-oriented Java development and Spring Boot;
- Solid experience in front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js;
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and tools such as Hibernate;
