Must have
- 3–5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL & NoSQL)

Your Impact Pillars
Your engineering contribution is organized into four core pillars:
- Frontend Architecture & UI Delivery
- Build performant, accessible, and responsive web applications in ReactJS using modern JavaScript and TypeScript patterns.
- Translate Figma mockups into reusable component libraries that drive consistent user experiences across client products.
- Optimize client-side performance, state management, and user interaction flows.
- Backend Engineering & AWS Integration
- Design and deploy secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js, Express, and AWS serverless tooling (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS).
- Model and manage structured and unstructured data using SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS, S3).
- Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and automated testing suites to ensure production-grade code quality.
- Advanced Search & Data Workflows
- Implement enterprise search, indexing, and data retrieval capabilities using Amazon OpenSearch and Kendra.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines that unify disparate client data sources into searchable, actionable architectures.
- Integrate identity management and authentication best practices using AWS Cognito.
- Agile Client Delivery & Collaboration
