Skills
Must have
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on full stack development, legacy application maintenance, system integrations, or legacy modernization experience
- Hands-on experience with Python, preferably Django
- Modern JavaScript or TypeScript development
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience maintaining, migrating, refactoring, or modernizing legacy applications
- Ability to understand existing codebases and transition legacy functionality to modern architectures
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Relational databases experience, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Git, version control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
- Proactive use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and troubleshooting

Modernize & Migrate Legacy Applications: Contribute to the migration of existing Delphi and Zoho applications into modern web architectures, helping transform legacy functionality into scalable, maintainable solutions. Apply transferable legacy modernization experience when working with unfamiliar platforms.
