- Minimum 3 years of relevant full stack software development experience, preferably in consulting or client-facing delivery
- Hands-on familiarity with frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or AngularJS

The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Developer (Senior Associate) in our Technology Consulting practice, you will design, develop and deliver scalable, secure and user-centric digital solutions for clients across industries. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to client delivery, solution development and business development activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or AngularJS.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs and integrations using technologies such as .NET and Node.js.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs, reusable components and high-quality software.
- Apply sound software engineering practices, including clean coding, code reviews, source control, automated testing, documentation and secure development.
- Diagnose and resolve application, integration, performance and production issues across the technology stack.
- Work with architects, designers, engineers, product owners and client stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and to agreed quality standards.
- Contribute to Agile delivery activities, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
- Support DevOps practices by contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, monitoring and operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, solutioning, effort estimation, client presentations, demonstrations and development of reusable assets.
