Your role
- Develop and maintain features across the full stack - within a geographically
distributed, domain-oriented microservices platform.
- Take ownership of the features you build - from implementation and testing
through to release - and help keep your services easy to change and update
later.
- Take part in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback on design, readability,
and maintainability, and growing your judgment on what matters beyond what
AI and linters already catch.
- Deliver high-quality code that is functional, well tested, and performant, and
apply the right level of engineering to the task at hand.
- Participate actively in planning, estimations, and refinements by working closely
with Product Owners, Team Managers, and other colleagues.
- Use AI-powered development tools in your daily work and stay current as they
rapidly evolve - we explore and adopt them together as a team.
