Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer with hands-on experience building applications in the financial trading or capital markets domain. You will work across the full stack, designing and building responsive React frontends and high-performance Node.js backends while understanding the unique demands of trading platforms: real-time data streams, low-latency UI updates, order management workflows, and financial data integrity.

This is not a generic web development role. You will be building systems where milliseconds matter, data accuracy is non-negotiable, and user trust is earned through reliability. If you've built trading dashboards, order books, portfolio trackers, or market data feeds, we want to talk to you.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Frontend React:

• Build and maintain high-performance, real-time trading UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Recoil).
• Implement live data visualization components like candlestick charts, order books, P& L dashboards, and position trackers using TradingView Lightweight Charts, Recharts, or D3.js .
• Consume and render WebSocket streams for real-time price feeds, order status updates, and market depth without UI lag or memory leaks.
• Design responsive, accessible interfaces optimized for both desktop trading workstations and mobile monitoring views.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library; maintain high test coverage for critical trading flows.

Backend Node.js

• Design and develop RESTful and WebSocket APIs using Node.js (Express or Fastify) to serve trading data, order management, and user portfolio operations.
• Integrate with exchange APIs, market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or equivalent), and internal pricing engines handling rate limits, reconnection logic, and data normalization.
• Implement order lifecycle management: placement, modification, cancellation, execution reporting, and reconciliation workflows.
• Build data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and persisting tick data, OHLCV bars, and trade history at scale.
• Ensure API security: JWT authentication, role-based access control, input validation, and audit logging for all trading operations.

Architecture and Performance:

• Optimize end-to-end latency across the full-stack profiling of React renders, Node.js event loop bottlenecks, and database query performance.
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) for frequently accessed market data, user session state, and reference data.
• Design for resilience: circuit breakers, graceful degradation, and fallback states for when market data feeds or exchange connections drop.
• Participate in system design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions with clear documentation.
