Must have

Job Description:
Minimum 4 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management▪Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understandingGood understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering▪ Good understanding of document management and data analysis▪ Hands experience of User acceptance testing management▪ Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle▪ Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage▪ Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.▪ Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.▪ Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.▪ Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levelsPersonal and Social▪ Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical and business language▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills▪ Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and evolving business environments.▪ Able to juggle priorities and can concentrate on several areas of work at one time
