General Manager

General Manager | Hawksmoor Dublin

Since 2006, Hawksmoor has been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with award-winning wines and cocktails. We’re proud to be a certified B Corp, one of the most sustainable restaurant groups in the industry, and to have been recognised as one of the Best Companies to work for year after year.

As General Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll be the leader of your restaurant and the person who sets the tone in the building: the quality and standards, the way the team looks after each other, and how the numbers look at the end of the month. People, guests, operations and the P&L are all yours, with a brilliant support team at Hawksmoor House behind you. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves leading from the floor, growing people and running a busy, high-volume restaurant to the highest standards.

• Be a visible presence on the floor, showing the warmth, pace and care that make guests want to come back again and again
• Keep every department running beautifully, with smart rotas, great stock control and food safety standards that mean you’re always audit ready
• Own the P&L: grow sales, manage costs and deliver EBITDA, working with our Reservations and Marketing teams to keep the room full
• Give guests every reason to treat themselves, without ever resorting to the hard sell
• Champion sustainability, community and our B Corp commitments in your restaurant
