General Manager - Lunchbox

##

Who We Are

At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level - whether it's cash, cheque, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 27,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $8 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It's how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.

Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K-12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We're headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.

If you're excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

This role is for an active vacancy.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to own a $6M business unit end-to-end — P&L, people, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. As General Manager, you’re not a passenger in this growth story; you set the destination and drive it.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team spanning sales, customer success, and operations, with full accountability for hitting revenue and margin targets in a high-trust, fast-moving environment. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, partner closely with product and finance, and serve as the face of this business unit to clients and stakeholders. We need someone to run a business — not just a function — and who thrives when ownership is total and the scoreboard is clear.

The base salary range for this role is 150,000-170,000 CAD. This range reflects expected compensation at the time of posting. Final offers may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Total compensation may also include bonus and benefits.

How You'll Contribute

• Own the full P&L for a $6M business unit — revenue, cost, margin, and growth targets

• Define and execute an annual operating plan aligned to KEV’s broader growth strategy

• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of 10–20 across sales, CS, and ops

• Drive new logo acquisition and existing account expansion through strong go-to-market execution

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and district partners
