What’s the Role

The Quality Assurance Technician safeguards the safety and quality of every product that leaves our facility. You will make sure customer specifications are met and the plant complies with local, state, and federal food safety and health regulations. Working on the floor alongside operations, receiving, and QA leadership, you’ll inspect, test, and document, and you’ll step in when something isn’t right. This role matters because our customers, and the families they serve, trust that every fresh-cut product from F&S is safe, consistent, and made to spec. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, comfortable speaking up, and thrives in a fast-paced, chilled food environment.
