Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and other stakeholders to design, recommend and deliver relevant talent programmes and solutions.
Manage strategic projects and coordinate activities across the wider HRBP team.

Analyse people data, using tools such as Workday, Excel and AI-enabled analytics, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Help the team anticipate key deadlines, requirements and emerging priorities.
Lead or support M&A due diligence and integration activity as required.
