Global Key Account Manager - Hyperscalers

Your role

At Atlas Copco, success comes from those who are curious, innovative, and committed to excellence. If you enjoy building strategic customer relationships, connecting people across regions, and turning project insight into business opportunities, you’ll feel at home here. This role is ideal for someone who combines a global perspective with practical commercial focus and enjoys working closely with business development and local sales teams.

Are you our next Global Key Account Manager – Hyperscalers?

The AI-Driven Super Cycle is creating growth opportunities across AI servers, AI data centers, and related infrastructure. As Global Key Account Manager – Hyperscalers within Smart Factory Electronics, you will build and own global relationships with priority accounts including NVIDIA, Google, Meta, AWS, OpenAI, and Microsoft. These companies may not always purchase our solutions directly, but their technology choices, manufacturing requirements, and investment priorities influence server manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and tier suppliers worldwide. You will connect with the people shaping these requirements, understand the manufacturing networks behind their projects, and turn that insight into opportunities for Atlas Copco’s Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Customer Centers.

You will report to the Global Segment Manager, Electronics and be a part of Global Marketing.

Location and Customer Proximity

This position requires you to be based in the wider San Francisco Bay Area, California, within easy reach of key Hyperscaler offices. Close customer proximity is essential, enabling frequent in-person meetings and the flexibility to visit on short notice. The role carries global account responsibility, with travel to customer teams worldwide as needed.

Your day-to-day

Own global account relationships and align customer priorities through a coordinated global account plan, connecting account and project information across regions.

-

• Introduce the Atlas Copco ecosystem of assembly solutions to key stakeholders and build their understanding of controlled tightening, enabling them to champion our solutions with their MTBs and contract manufacturers.

• Map relevant AI infrastructure projects, key stakeholders, decision processes, timing, requirements, and potential assembly needs so Atlas Copco can engage earlier.

• Identify the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), original design manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and tier suppliers behind priority projects, and open doors for BDMs and local Customer Centers.

• Translate project intelligence and customer requirements into actionable business leads, giving local teams visibility beyond their existing contacts and aligning priorities across regions.

• Develop agreements where they unlock concrete business opportunities, and stay involved with BDMs and Customer Centers to support execution and connect global engagement to business results.

You will lead strategic global account engagement and project visibility. BDMs will develop manufacturing application opportunities and help local teams sell solution value. Customer Centers will lead local quotations, orders, and service. Together, you will connect global customer priorities with local execution.
