Acting as the owner of the Value Proposition, this role bridges the gap for "white-glove" hospitality expertise paired with a tech-driven, visionary mindset to seamlessly integrate service components.
This position serves as a primary subject matter expert and strategic lead during new business engagements—from opportunity assessment and due diligence to pitching and closing high-touch enterprise accounts. Initial scope is an individual contributor role with a planned transition to managing a direct team as the service line scales.

- GTM & Toolkits: Create and maintain go-to-market strategies, sales/marketing materials, and best-practice toolkits.
