Full description
We’re currently seeking a Brisbane-based Graphic Designer to join GRAYA™ and support the creative delivery of our luxury multi-residential and mixed-use development pipeline.
This role is suited to a highly creative, detail-focused designer with experience across property, architecture, interiors, construction, development, luxury brands, or premium lifestyle marketing.
At GRAYA™, we are known for design-led development, strong brand presence, and creating some of Queensland’s most recognisable luxury projects. As Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, development, sales, design, and leadership teams to bring our projects, campaigns, presentations, brand assets, social content, and sales materials to life.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing business where design is central to how we communicate, launch, sell, and deliver each project.
Where you’ll make an impact
At GRAYA™, every detail matters. From the way a project is presented to the way a campaign is launched, design plays a major role in shaping how people experience our brand.
As Graphic Designer, you will help maintain the quality and consistency of GRAYA™’s visual identity across project launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, social media, signage, print materials, investor documents, and internal communications.
You will be working across multiple projects and brand touchpoints, helping ensure every piece of creative reflects the standard, polish, and design intent expected of GRAYA™.
This role is ideal for someone who understands premium design, moves quickly, thinks commercially, and can translate property, architecture, lifestyle, and brand messaging into beautiful, effective creative assets.
What you’ll do
Brand, campaign and project design
- Support the development of high-quality creative assets across GRAYA™ projects, campaigns, launches, and business communications
- Create digital and print assets including brochures, EDMs, social tiles, website graphics, presentations, signage, hoarding, invitations, pitch decks, templates, and sales collateral
- Work within existing brand guidelines while helping evolve the visual presentation of GRAYA™ across multiple channels
- Support project marketing campaigns from teaser phase through launch, sales, construction updates, completion, and handover
- Prepare creative assets for residential, mixed-use, commercial, and brand campaigns
- Assist with the design of internal documents, capability statements, award submissions, recruitment materials, and presentations
