Join our team as a Graphic Designer!
We are looking for this person to join our team in one of our 8 office locations (Maumee, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Peachtree City, GA; Overland Park, KS; Edina, MN; Raleigh, NC; Westminster, CO). The position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling materials that support the company’s brand, marketing initiatives, and communication goals. This role works closely with the marketing team, technical staff, subject-matter experts, and various other departments to design graphics, marketing campaigns, and collateral materials that clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts to internal and external audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProposal & Pursuit Support
- Design visually compelling proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials that align with brand standards.
- Create graphics, diagrams, and visual storytelling elements that explain engineering services, processes, and project approaches.
- Work closely with proposal writers, project managers, and subject-matter experts to turn technical information into accessible, professional layouts.
- Format and refine proposal documents in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Develop custom templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets that enhance the firm’s competitive positioning.
