• Convert social media posts into digital and print banners as necessary for marketing and publication

• Work with the design team to adapt existing design language into new content for digital and physical publications

• Assist in creating reusable templates to ease the content production pipeline

• Work together with marketing and UI/UX teams to synergise visually appealing designs across website and social media platforms

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, inclusive of one or two personal/passion projects that highlight your understanding of design principles and colour theory

• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

• A solid understanding of branding, design language, and visual design

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, and consistency

• A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt your approach to internal and external needs

What we offer:

• A team of crackpot individuals who are passionate about what they do

• Mentoring, knowledge sharing and guidance from more experienced colleagues

• Flexible working arrangements

• The opportunity to help shape the visual language of some of Southeast Asia’s biggest pop culture events

We’re looking for someone creative, curious, collaborative, and genuinely interested in helping to shape the spaces we work and play in. You don't need to have every skill listed above - we value strong thinking and a willingness to learn and collaborate just as much as technical ability.

If you enjoy working in a cooperative, open environment, we'd love to hear from you!
