Growth & Digital Operations Specialist (Graduate)

Noteless is the leading AI platform for doctors in the Nordics, helping clinicians spend more time with patients and less on paperwork. Now, as we expand across 11 European markets, we’re bringing our technology to doctors across the continent, and are looking for a smart, ambitious graduate or early-career marketer who wants to learn fast and have real ownership from day one.

You will work at the intersection of CRM, customer intelligence, AI and product-led growth. You will use customer data to understand what drives activation, engagement and retention, and turn those insights into better journeys, campaigns and growth experiments. You will also help us rethink how CRM work gets done using AI — including building and managing AI agents that can support content creation, analysis, campaign execution and work inside HubSpot.

For the first 12 months, you will take ownership of our day-to-day CRM and lifecycle marketing while our CRM & Customer Intelligence Manager is on leave. Our aim is to keep you after that. As Noteless and the marketing team grow, we will work with you to shape a permanent role around your strengths and interests.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day customer intelligence and lifecycle marketing across our markets

• Turn customer insights into growth experiments together with Growth, Product and Customer Success

• Build and manage AI agents and AI-powered workflows to help us create content, analyse data and work more efficiently.

• Use customer and product data to understand what drives activation, retention and reactivation

• Build and improve onboarding, lifecycle journeys, workflows and automations

• Run CRM campaigns end to end, from segmentation and testing to launch and performance analysis

• Work directly with Marketing, Growth, Product and Customer Success to identify and solve growth problems

what we are looking for

• A master's degree in marketing, business, engineering or a similar field.

• Experience or strong interest in growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or digital marketing

• Experience with HubSpot, or similar tools is a strong plus

• Analytical and comfortable working with customer and campaign data

• Structured, detail-oriented and quick to learn new tools

• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done without being chased

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Norwegian or Danish proficiency is a plus.
