About the Position
Pixellot is expanding in the Philippines and is looking for a commercially driven Growth and Key Account Manager to acquire League Organizers and Venue Operators and grow them into active, high-value, long-term accounts. You will own the complete commercial lifecycle - from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing through activation, utilization growth, renewal, and expansion. Reporting to the Director of Growth, Philippines, you will carry direct responsibility for building a qualified pipeline, winning new business, and growing an assigned portfolio. You will work closely with Pixellot's global commercial, operations, product, and technical teams to deliver automated sports production, livestreaming, full-game replays, game and player highlights, OTT distribution, and advertising and monetization opportunities. Success means closing the right accounts, activating them successfully, building sustained game volume, and converting early customers into recurring revenue.
As part of your role, you will:
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline of League Organizers and Venue Operators through targeted prospecting, referrals, field engagement, and industry relationships.
- Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account planning within approved pricing and contracting parameters.
- Acquire League Organizers and secure the participation of their host venues, aligning decision-makers, schedules, commercial responsibilities, and launch requirements.
- Qualify venue opportunities by validating league demand, customer economics, technical and internet readiness, venue access, and a credible path to sustained monthly game volume.
- Lead each won account through onboarding and activation by coordinating customer stakeholders and Pixellot teams across installation, testing, production requirements, livestream and replay workflows, OTT distribution, training, and launch readiness.
- Grow revenue and account value by expanding covered leagues, seasons, divisions, and games; recommending the appropriate coverage and production package; and developing opportunities for highlights, advertising, monetization, and wider content distribution.
- Remain commercially accountable after the sale by monitoring delivery, utilization, account health, invoicing and collections, issue resolution, renewal, expansion, references, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, forecast, account, activation, and performance records, with disciplined weekly reporting and clear next actions for every active opportunity and customer.
