Additionally, you will partner closely with and support our Senior Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our Paid Social efforts.
The ideal candidate understands how search and social behave in a modern, holistic DTC marketing ecosystem—balancing budget efficiency with volume to maximize new customer acquisition while nurturing the lifetime value of repeat buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Paid Search Ownership
- Channel Leadership: Architect and execute growth strategies across Google, including Search/Text Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max (PMAX), and YouTube.
- Product Feed Management: Collaborate with eCommerce and product engineering teams to optimize product data feeds (Feedonomics, Google Merchant Center) for maximum visibility, accurate inventory status, and enhanced Shopping ad performance.
- Continuous Optimization: Proactively manage keywords, negative mapping, audience targeting, search query performance, and ad copy extensions to stay ahead of retail trends.
2. Paid Social Support & Cross-Channel Synergy
- Paid Social Assistance: Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to manage, scale, and evaluate paid social campaigns across major channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Cross-Pollination of Insights: Use search intent data to inform paid social testing roadmaps, and vice versa, creating a continuous feedback loop between push and pull channels.
3. Strategy, Account Structure, and Execution
- Campaign Architecture: Establish clean, scalable, and data-backed account structures that maximize platform machine learning capabilities (e.g., smart bidding frameworks, PMAX asset groups).
- Creative Strategy: Develop clear creative briefs for our internal design and copywriting teams. Continually test video content on YouTube, visual asset hooks on Social, and high-impact messaging across text surfaces.
- Budgeting & Bidding: Manage multi-million-dollar annual budgets. Set and dynamically adjust bidding strategies based on inventory depth, promotional calendars, margins, and performance efficiency.
