Growth Marketing Manager

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Driver (UK), this position is a unique opportunity to own our most valuable customer segment: the drivers who park with us again and again. Based in London, you will be trusted to collaboratively grow this audience as fast as it will scale. You will oversee the entire customer journey—from the initial ad and landing page to product usage, repeat bookings, and referrals. Because super users drive a large share of our revenue, every improvement you make will have a rapid, visible impact on the business.

How to make an impact

• Run cross-channel campaigns alongside our SEO and performance marketing teams to acquire, retain, and grow our super user base, ensuring our brand proposition is consistently clear.

• Own, build, and optimize the customer journey within our CRM, guiding drivers from their first click to repeat bookings and referrals.

• Identify opportunities to find more individuals similar to our best customers, turning loyal drivers into engaged advocates.

• Let data lead every decision: test collaboratively before scaling, and pivot away from initiatives that do not drive new drivers, repeat bookings, or net revenue.

About you

You are a driven, collaborative professional who is deeply obsessed with the customer journey. You possess a growth mindset and naturally notice the small, impactful moments that encourage someone to return or cause them to drift away. Thriving in a data-led environment, you are comfortable diving into numbers every day and prefer making evidence-based decisions over assumptions. You embrace innovation and use AI as a foundational element of your work, leveraging it to accelerate analysis, insights, and campaign testing.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in B2C growth or lifecycle marketing.

• Proven track record of owning a customer segment end-to-end and delivering against revenue targets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable, evidence-based insights.

• Experience managing CRM journeys and cross-channel marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for analysis, insight generation, and campaign building.
